Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.

How to Return:

    • Email us at support@wyovibes.com with your order number and details of the items you wish to return.
    • Pack the items securely in their original packaging, if possible.
    • Include your receipt or proof of purchase and the RAN provided by our team.
    • We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions to ship your returns.

 

Processing Returns:
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Conditions for Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued for items that are returned in their original condition within the 30-day return period.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund.

Processing Refunds:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
  • A credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
